CANCELLATION POLICY
At Glow Girl Esthetics, we respect your time and ask that you respect ours! Cancellations & Reschedules: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a 30% charge of the scheduled service. No-Call, No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future bookings. Late Arrivals: We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and a fee may apply.
